Potato Message is a personalized gifting brand that delivers custom messages and images on real potatoes. All products are made to order and customized based on customer inputs.

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order on our website.

• By using this website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Our products are natural, perishable, and personalized.

• Potatoes may vary in size, shape, texture, and appearance due to their natural nature.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

• All orders are custom-made using the text, images, or content provided by the customer.

• Once the personalization process begins, the order cannot be modified or cancelled beyond the allowed cancellation window.

• Potato Message is not responsible for errors in spelling, content, or images provided by the customer.

• Order cancellations are accepted only within 1 hour of placing the order.

• Cancellation requests after this period will not be entertained, as the product enters personalization and cannot be reused.

• Cancellation requests must be raised immediately via [support email / WhatsApp] with the Order ID.

• Refunds or replacements are applicable only in case of genuine damage during transit.

• Customers must submit clear, original photos of the damaged product within 1 hour of delivery.

• Edited, AI-generated, fake, or intentionally damaged claims will be rejected.

• Approval of refunds or replacements is at the sole discretion of Potato Message.

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

• Potato Message does not store card, UPI, or banking details.

• Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Potato Message is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the logistics partner.

You agree not to:

• Use abusive, illegal, offensive, or hateful language in custom messages

• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or copyrighted content without permission

• Misuse the website for fraudulent or harmful activities

Potato Message reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that violate these guidelines.

• All website content, branding, logos, images, and text are the intellectual property of Potato Message.

• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

• Potato Message shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

Potato Message shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
