Shipping Policy

At Potato Message

every order is custom-made and personalized using real potatoes. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

  • Orders are personalized based on the message or image provided by the customer.

  • Once the personalization process starts, the order cannot be modified or cancelled beyond the 1-hour cancellation window.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time unless specifically mentioned.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to:

    • Courier partner delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Regional or remote delivery areas

    • Government restrictions or unforeseen events

Potato Message is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if offered) will be mentioned before order confirmation.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

  • Potato Message will not be liable for non-delivery or delays caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Incorrect phone number

    • Unreachable recipient

Re-shipping in such cases may attract additional charges.

6. Packaging & Perishable Nature

  • Products are packed carefully to minimize damage during transit.

  • Since potatoes are natural and perishable, minor marks, texture changes, or natural wear during shipping may occur and do not qualify as damage.

  • Customers are advised to open the package immediately upon delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must:

    • Notify us within 1 hour of delivery

    • Share clear, real photos of:

      • The damaged product

      • Outer packaging

      • Shipping label (if requested)

Claims submitted after 1 hour will not be accepted.
Fake, edited, AI-generated, or intentionally damaged claims will be rejected.

8. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability, the order will not be eligible for refund.

  • Re-delivery may be attempted at an additional cost, subject to feasibility.

9. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system.

10. Force Majeure

Potato Message shall not be held responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
